I brought my sketchbook up with me to work on some stuff while Scarlet took a bath and I was struggling. She won't stay still long enough for me to draw her so I ended up drawing the bathroom sink...not very exciting but it never hurts to practice. Then I realized--I have a great subject right in front of me--just not the right media...so I grabbed the camera and here is one of my favorites.

She insists on wearing her suit in the tub lately. Thinking about starting a photo series project with Scarlet as my main subject. Not sure how to approach it yet though...

Watercolor Teeth

Used the draw from observation, trace, compose, transfer, paint process we learned in Bend this fall. I think I need more overlapping lines. Where did all that PINK come from? I was thinking about gums, but- Ew.
